American Management Association was an association that I saw myself being up to(p) to use in the future of my career. American Management Association goes all the way back to 1913; it was the founding of National Association of Corporation School. In 1922 this group with the answer of the Industrial relations Association of American formed the National Personnel Association. As of 1923 organization renamed themselves to the American Management Association. They believed this would better reveal their goals and missions (DAmico, 2010).
