Food Pyrmaid

Combined with a busy work schedule, running errands for family, shuttling the kids to school, it is mutual for me to ignore the nutritional value of the victualss I eat. Suggestions such as measuring food, reading labels, cutting out processed foods, buttery oils, sugars, etc, often get ignored, and dismissed.
