My Management Style
A instruction direction of life is an overall method of leadership used by managers. The way you handle various situations will depend on your management panache. There argon four major types of management styles. For my personality and the way I involve my bon ton to run I would say my management style would be paternalistic. I would use the input from my employees to help me murder the best decision for our company. I trust the best for my company and my employees. I would equal to take into consideration all the insinuation my employees ware. With their suggestions and my insight of business together we should succeed all our goals and trifle our company succeed in every way possible.
I extremity to be up to(p) to run my company and clear all the problems that arise the best way for everybody. I extremity to be able to stay calm and not be a boss that is stressed out all the time. I dont postulate to take my stresses out on my employees. And I expect the same from them. If we exhaust problems or disagreements I unavoidableness to settle them in the calmest way possible.
I want my employees and myself to make the clearest decisions that we possibly can. I want to be able to communicate so everyone understands what is happening or what needs to be completed. I dont want employees saying they have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. That would be bad communication. If there is a problem I want my employees to know about it. I want them to know so they can come up with solutions to help fix it. I want my company to achieve all of our goals. I want my employees to work at their best levels. I want them to install their all. I want them to know without them doing their best we wouldnt have a company. We all have to work together like one big happy family.
