This was a reality for Linda Brown and umpteen other African Americans throughout the nation prior to the 1950s. With the financial aid of the NAACP, the moroses in Topeka, Kansas helped to give equal access to education for all in all races throughout the country (Reeder). The Brown v. Board of Education hail is one of the greatest advancements for African-American rights by eliminating the segregation that was show in public schools through the means of overturning the Plessy v. Ferguson decision, creating the equal guard in public schools guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment, and putting jam on the political system to bring affirmative swear out to all public facilities.
Brown v. Board of Education began in the 1950s and pushed for equal rights in education as the albumen people got, which required the disestablishmentarianism of segregation.
