We were assigned to pull together a skit which represented the last word-paintings of the prank from photo 7 until 11. I worked in a group with Travis, Kevin, Maya and Mariana. Our for the first clipping goal was to go through the scenes together and make current we in all understood what took place in each scene and we were all familiar with each character. We firstly decided to ingest the characters for our skit and we ended up deciding to have Travis play as Stanley, Maya as Eunice and the matron, Kevin as Mitch and the doctor, Mariana as Stella because of her vulnerable essence and eventually I took the roll of Blanche.
Our next goal was to discuss what we judgement were the essential parts of each scene and the most measurable quotes which we all agreed on being the most exercise for the scene. we were sure that we wanted it to be unique and with different communion from the novel instead of a replica of it, therefore when we reached a consensus of the most representative lines we throw off them all together into our profess words with the input of the whole group. This part was easy because we all understood the scenes more or less at the equal level so we agreed on the important quotes and put them into our own words.
When the scenes were discussed and interpreted our own way we wrote down each of the 5 scenes one after the other making sure that we all had a part in it and that we felt comfortable with it. We had somewhat issues where one or two of us had to play the part of two characters since we didnt have enough participants.
As for the visual side of our presentation we had decided to use some basic costumes or props to help set the mood, perchance doctors utensils for Kevins doctor character.
