In this class we had to do a project about a potential concern that we were interested in doing as we get older. Since about my junior(a) year in high school I realised that I want to be an athletic trainer, some integrity who is forever around the art of sportsI can never hand it behind me its part of me and I also sleep with helping raft in time of need. When I was olive-sized I was always the whiz to try and help people when they were sick or hurt from an injury, even if it was just to shed on the simplest band aid. Athletic trainers are health caveat professionals who collaborate with physicians to optimize patient and client activity and booking in athletics, work and life. The practice of athletic training encompasses the prevention, interrogative sentence and diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of emergent, acute, sub acute, and chronic neuromusculoskeletal conditions and certain medical conditions in lodge to minimize subsequent impairments, functional limitations, disability, and societal limitations. I would love to concentrate on one sport if I can, and thats on the college level.
This isnt an easy job to pass on because the road on getting to be a manifest athletic trainer is not done by many.
Today, 75% of the athletic trainers in this country have more than a Bachelors degree, most have a master or they got their PHD. The hours you need to put in are wide; The AT I interviewed had over 200 hours in one month alone. His name was David Morin, he just got his Bachelors degree at USM and he says he loves it. I asked him does he regret doing all that work that got him to where he is now, and he say No way because just like in everything in life if the journey is hard, the reward is so much expenditure more than the work you put in. After he verbalise that I knew that I was confident to go after my dreams of one day being an Athletic Trainer.
