The older homes are all in all in the same area of the community called lower ladera and the cleaner homes are located in the newly formed upper ladera.

The older houses are typical traditional banquet style, while much of the new housing is two bill brick. Each home has been built on large slews. In comparison, newer and high-income homes in other neighborhoods were built on smaller lots (less than .25 of an acre) all the homes in this area have been very rise up maintain with manicured lawns.
