planetaryization inwardness share goods, services knowledge and cultivation between two or more different countries. That means worldwideization provides more opportunities, markets and profits for many countries. In the ancient 30 years, globalisation has brought obviously change in the global prudence. The rootage pct of this paper, based on the book Global Business Today, I give refer to what shifts globalization brought to the world economy. I will describe four facts. The first one was that US command in the global economy was influenced by globalization and it took advantages for the developing countries trade. The second one was that globalization affected the US dominance in global FDI (foreign manoeuvre investment).The third fact was that a change in dominance of US multinational enterprise caused increase of MNE (multinational enterprise) from developing countries. The one-fourth was that the economies of communist nations were integrated into the world economy and it took a dandy deal of export and investment to Western international logical argument（Hill,Cronk&Wickramasekera,2008,p.23）. In addition to the shifts in the world economy, I will discuss the debate of globalization as the second part of this paper. In this part, I will discuss the positive and oppose two sides of globalization debate. All of these points above, I will let off below.
