American Indians who have their inheritable origin are fairly distri justed in the United States of America (Tamura, 2007). However, there is a difference in terms of their contribution distribution from one state to another. In Pittsburg, they form 1.4% of the issue forth world in the area, but recent statistics indicate that the population might be growing at a express rate than ever before. Through the en shamment of the Luce- Cellar act in 1946, American Indians were granted the rights of naturalizations in United States. some of the American Indians came to the country through communities like United nation and Canada. It therefore follows that a majority of them were not colonized but came in later after independence.
Although many inquiryers have argued that unlikeness of American Indians is not widespread like for other heathenish communities in the United States, research shows that American Indians have been discriminated in various instances.
The purpose of this paper is to present findings of a research carried out to establish why and how American Indians faced difference in United States.

The research imbed out that the American labor market shows a mint of ine timberland especially in terms of distribution. Dualism represents a hand cut division of American jobs based on the quality that each is believed to hold. Most American Indians were awarded jobs that are thought to be under low value segment. The secondary labor market was what many American Indians considered while primary labor market which consists of jobs that were considered to be very good were awarded to people from other social groups. If a consideration was made, then they were given jobs that are a combination of good and bad qualities.
