Managing Decisions Throughout this assignment I have been asked to select an institution and consider the importance of three concepts; Describe and analyse the integrating of finishs between different levels within the make-up whilst evaluating the influences of individuals and groups on the decision reservation extremity, identifying the stages in the planning process. Whilst identifying the three concepts I go forth also use my organisation as an example. The organisation that I have chosen to home plate the assignment on is called ride Bodies Widnes. Motor Bodies Widnes specialises in repairing prestigious vehicles from a wide range of large insurance groups. Motor Bodies is positioned at the top of the vehicle repairer industry, becoming one of the largest repairers in the UK. Therefore I feel this is an ideal organisation to base this assessment on. Integration of decisions A decision is defined as a commitment to a course of action that is think to yield results that are satisfying for specified individuals (Yates and Tschirhart, 2006) Decision-making is a positive aspect of business activities. Making the correct decisions relies heavily on having the correct knowledge, at the just place and at the right time.

Every decision differs from others; some decisions need more in-depth explore than others (Snowden & Boone, 2007). Mitroff (2008) argues that deciding what knowledge to use when making a decision is a critical organisational responsibility and plays a bulky role in the process.
